I'm sure I'm not the only person to apologize for writing a duplicate diary about "The Path to 9/11." Nevertheless, please accept my apologies for the following diary, as it is little than a self-centered announcement of my plan to punish Disney if they do not pull "The Path to 9/11" from their broadcast schedule.

What follows is the e-mail I just sent to Disney's George Mitchell (copied to ThinkProgress):
Mr. Mitchell:
I have already sent a letter to another area of your company. My essential message was this: I feel that your company's production of the so-called docudrama," "The Path to 9/11," is a shameful betrayal of the integrity and reputation of the ABC network. The errors, misrepresentations and outright lies of this program have been well-documented in responsible media outlets. The mealy-mouthed defenses offered by ABC spokespeople do not sufficiently address the legitimate complaints made against ABC. Specifically, the defense that no one has seen the final cut of "The Path to 9/11" is belied by the report that ABC officials have indicated to right-wing organizations (who make up the majority of those who received screener copies) that the average viewer would not be able to discern the final cut from that which was provided to hate-mongers like Rush Limbaugh and Fox News.
I ask, as a television viewer who has chosen to devote my attention to various Disney-operated networks, that you immediately withdraw "The Path to 9/11" from the broadcast schedule. No amount of editing can remedy that which is, at its very core, right-wing propaganda. This is not a shallow request. I intend to act accordingly if this request is not met. If "The Path to 9/11" is not pulled permanently from the ABC broadcast schedule, I will take the following steps:
1) I will no longer view any ABC Family program.
2) I will no longer visit any Disney-operated website (ABC, Disney, or ESPN in particular).
3) I will no longer view "Good Morning America."
4) I will no longer listen to ESPN Radio, either on traditional radio, satellite radio, or the Internet.
5) I will no longer view any ESPN network.
6) I will no longer view or purchase any Disney-produced feature film.
In addition to these steps, I will actively pursue viewership and patronage of competing networks and production companies. I will also ask my family and friends to engage in a similar boycott.
I regret taking this measure as much (if not more) for what it means for Disney's standards as it does for my ability to freely view television, websites, and feature films. Please consider acting in a responsible and humble manner, and immediately remove "The Path to 9/11" from ABC's broadcast schedule.
Thank you for your time,
